Our privacy policy couldn't be simpler. We do not rent or sell your
personal information to any other business. Never have, never
will. Your personal data is used only to process your order and
provide you with information relevant to your purchase.

Credit Cards & PayPal
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and
PayPal.
Purchase Orders
We welcome institutional purchase orders from schools and other
service organizations in the U.S. If you have a purchase order
number, you can order online by selecting the "Purchase Order"
payment option. Or you can email, mail or fax your purchase order to us. As faxing isn't 100 percent reliable, if you fax a purchase order, we recommend that you call us to confirm that we received your faxed order.
Please note that for orders from organizations outside the U.S., we require
payment at the time the order is placed.
Price Confirmation (Pro Forma Invoice) Only
If you're not ready to place an order but would like to receive
an email that confirms pricing and can serve as a pro forma
invoice, please proceed as if you were placing an order, but
select the "Send Check by Mail" payment method option.
About Shipping
Shipping & Handling Charges
The Shipping & Handling charge for your order will be
automatically calculated and displayed before you enter payment
and other personal information. After you've placed all the
items you wish to buy in the shopping cart, you'll be prompted
to select the country/region to which your order will be
shipped. After you've made your selection from the drop-down
menu, click on the RECALCULATE button to display the S&H charge
for your order.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- MANY COUNTRIES, INCLUDING CANADA, COLLECT TAXES/DUTIES ON IMPORTED GOODS. TO AVOID ANY UNPLEASANT SURPRISES, WE URGE YOU TO CHECK ON YOUR COUNTRY'S PRACTICES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
- By default, shipping charges are calculated based on U.S. Postal Service rates because these are usually the most economical. However, especially for orders of 20 or more MotivAiders shipped to Canada, lower rates may be available. So if you intend to place an order for 20 or more MotivAiders, you may wish to contact us first for a shipping estimate. But don't worry. Even if you place an order without checking with us first, if we determine that a lower shipping rate is available, we will reduce your shipping charges accordingly.
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. An error in your shipping address may result in your order being returned to the U.S., which could delay delivery by weeks.
- Credit card issuers often have extra security measures for international purchases. We may not get authorization to process a charge to your credit card account until you notify your credit card issuer that you will accept a charge from Behavioral Dynamics, Inc.
Shipping Methods We Use
We do our best to select the best shipping method available for
the weight, value and destination of each order.
- U.S. (50 states): We typically ship orders for 1-6 MotivAiders by U.S. Priority
Mail (2-3 business days delivery) at no additional charge. Larger orders may ship by UPS.
Delivery time for UPS Ground service varies by location within a range of roughly 2-7 business days.
- Canada: Most small orders ship by U.S. First-Class Package
International Service. Larger orders may ship by UPS. Orders
typically reach Canada within just a few days, but please be
aware that Customs delays are common, so it could take
longer for your order to actually be delivered.
- Other countries: We use U.S. First-Class Package
International Service wherever possible. Orders typically reach
their destination country within several days, but lengthy
Customs delays are common in some countries, so it may take much longer for your order to actually be
delivered.
Other Shipping Methods
If you'd like us to ship via an alternative carrier or shipping
method (for example, FedEx), please either contact us before
placing your order, or indicate your preference in the Comments
section of the online order form, and we'll email you with
options and charges before processing your order.
Our Return Policy for Retail Orders
MotivAiders are sold subject to a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return a MotivAider for any reason within 30 days of purchasing it and receive a refund of your purchase price (less the original shipping & handling charges). Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. Please
contact us for instructions prior to sending a return.
Warranty Service: MotivAiders are covered by a 3-year warranty. We will promptly repair or replace any MotivAider that fails to function properly. If you have any problems with your MotivAider regardless of how long ago you purchased it, please contact us so that we can try troublehooting first.
